That’s right. We really can be all three. In fact, we already are, we just don’t allow ourselves to believe it.
Sometimes in life we are so busy banging on the door of opportunity that we forget to try the turning the handle, only to find that the door was always open.
Of course I don’t know how to make anyone’s life more fulfilling, as happiness is a state of mind not a destination or a certain way of life, but I can hazard a guess at where to start.
The following are some of my little rules I endeavour to live by:
Ban mediocrity from your life. Your life was meant to be lived out in bold colours, not a drab copy of someone else’s work. Who wants to be mediocre? No one, not really, so if something in your life is half baked or ‘not you’, then get rid of it. Live your life with passion.
Ignore the critics. And yes there will always be the detractors and the critics. Take that as a sign you are on the right path. Some people can be toxic and because there is nothing going on in their lives, they feel it’s okay to pour their negativity onto yours. Get rid of the people who are negative in your life, or at least avoid them. They will suck the life out of you given half the chance.
Follow your instincts. After all that is what they are there for. There is no such thing as counter intuitive in this game. If it feels right, then do it. That does not mean that it won’t feel scary of that you won’t feel fear. Fear is natural, you just need to deal with the fear, walk through it one step at a time. And before you know it, you will have achieved what you once thought was impossible.
Learn from experience. Every experience, whether you perceive it to be good or bad, has a lesson in it for you. Some experiences may become more painful because we make them so. They remain this way when we continue to hold onto the event and re run it in our heads like a bad movie, and not learn the lesson.
Don’t waste your talent. Harness any negativity or doubt you have and turn it into a positive undefeatable force. We all gifted at something. Use your gifts, whatever they may be, and explore your full potential.
And finally…
Never turn your back on the universe and always be grateful for what you already have. If some things are meant to be, then they will manifest.
As for being beautiful.
Well, we are all beautiful. But you knew that already.
